Blog
This blog is where I work through ideas at the intersection of technology, business and decision-making.
I aim to write about how technical systems influence outcomes — scalability, cost, speed, resilience — but also about how those systems intersect with finance, organizational design and long-term strategy.
Some posts will explore infrastructure, reliability, and AI in production. Others step back and look at how technical choices affect burn rate, hiring, go-to-market velocity or risk over time. Occasionally, I write more broadly about how teams reason under uncertainty, and how small decisions compound as companies grow.
The goal isn’t to look at technology in isolation. It’s to make it easier to reason about — in context.
